Volumetric Liquid Filling Machine

  • Volumetric Liquid Filling Machine consists of a main structure, product transmission belt with an adjustable guide, safety acrylic cover (OPTIONAL), Pneumatic/mechanical bottle stopping facility, nozzle & syringes, electrical panel, motor, sensor, AC drive & mains ON/OFF.
  • The Filling Machine is manufactured or developed in accordance with GMP standards.
  • The structure is made of MS cladded with SS 304
  • Self-lubricating UHMW-PE guide profile for SS slat chain provides low friction wear surface, smooth and noiseless conveying.
  • The pharma/food grade PVC branded tubes are used for the filling purpose.
  • MCB for overload protection, and prevention against short circuits.

Rotary Bottle Washing machine

  • The Rotary Bottle Washing Machine consists of the main structure, rotary platform, bottle holder/cups, flow regulators, pressure meter, solenoid valve, Geneva mechanism, 2 nos. of SS tanks with pump, nozzle, electrical panel & AC motor.
  • The Rotary Bottle Washing Machine is made compact & versatile as per GMP norms.
  • The structure is made of MS and cladded with SS304.
  • The contact parts such as the Rotary washing nozzle, Rotary washing pump impeller, tanks, and cup/bottle holder plate are made of Stainless Steel 304.
  • An individual solenoid valve is used for each wash – which eliminates carbon plate and other accessories. This is to avoid leakages and minimize the maintenance ratio.
  • SS glycerin fill pressure meter.
  • Bottle guide system especially for lightweight bottles.

Linear Bottle Washing machine

  • Linear Bottle Washing Machines have the ability
    to wash bottles up to 10ml to 200ml measurements.
  • It is connected with two pumps and tanks along with a water consumption capacity of 500 to 700 liters per hour.
  • It comprises 6 internal washing zones having 60 and 120 jets. It has 25 channels, each with 10 pockets.
  • The construction of Linear Bottle Washing Machine is
    strong as its contact parts are made using SS316-grade materials and the construction of main machine uses SS304 materials. 
  • The circuit is independent for every washing zone and hence it is contamination free.
  • The best part is that the sequence of washing is totally dependent on the client’s requirements.

Cap Sealing machine

  • The Automatic Capping Machine is precision
    built on a sturdy welded steel frame completely enclose
    in stainless steel.
  • The feed containers moving on the conveyor belt are feed into an indeed star wheel.
  • The star wheel brings the container below the sealing head.
  • This bottle automatically Pick-up the cap from the delivery chute of the cap feeding bowl.
  • Sealing Head performs perfect Operation of threading
    and Sealing.

Gum/Sticker Labelling Machine

  • Stainless Steel cladding or hard chrome plating of all exposed parts to ensure long life and resistance against corrosion.
  • Adjustable Conveyor Height to align with other machines of the line.
  • ACVFD for speed control.
  • Very less time is required in changing over from one size container / label to another.
  • Special self-aligning bearings ensure smooth and trouble-free rotation of the components.
  • Suitable for overlap labelling and flag-type labelling where the length of label is more than circumference of the container.
  • A highly efficient vacuum pump develops sufficient vacuum to hold any size of the label on the pick-up cylinder.

Servo based Liquid Filling Machine

  • The Automatic Servo Liquid Filling Machine consists of main structure, product transmission belt with adjustable guide, material storage tank, pneumatic bottle stopping facility, SERVO-based Servo Liquid filling pumps, Servo Liquid filling nozzles, safety polycarbonate enclosure (OPTIONAL), electrical panel, motor, PLC & HMI, AC drive. HIGH / LOW liquid level sensor in the tank is an added advantage.
  • The structure is made of SS 304. Rigid vibration free construction for trouble free performance.
  • The Servo Liquid Filling Machine having a unique design with German technology.
  • The contact parts such as filling nozzle, filling pump are made of SS 316. The pharma/food grade PVC braded tubes are used for the Liquid filling purpose.

Turn Table

  • Stainless steel scrambler & un scrambler, which is familiar as turn table.
  • This is built on SS square frame, solid guide rail & reduction gear box for jerk less & noiseless performance.
  • The Turntable is useful to ensure total synchronization, uniform flow of containers and to take a turn at 90 degrees to suit different machines and purposes in an automatic liquid line.
  • Container inputs in the turn table manually or automatically will rotate on the disk of the turn table and exit through an outlet, during rotation of container will be guided by a SS strip, which will guide the container towards the outlet path.

Packing Conveyor

  • The Packing Conveyor belt is having stainless steel table top with a moving PVC-coated canvas belt in the center. The Table top is fixed to the same structure made out of S. S. square pipe & supported on adjustable bolts. The Tabletop is of 12 inches working space on both sides of the conveyor belt for final visual inspection & packing into the box.

Colloid Mill

  • Colloid Mill is suitable for homogenizing emulsifying dispersing, mixing, commenting of liquids to highly viscous products. It is based on rotor – stator principle, It is available in plain as well as water jacketed in both STD & GMP models.
